These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jettr Travel ("Jettr," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Jettr.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Jettr is a travel recommendation service that helps you discover destinations and build itineraries using AI-generated suggestions. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Jettr. By accessing our website, creating an account, generating a recommendation, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update the service and these Terms from time to time as described in Section 15.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the Jettr website, application, and related features. "Content" means text, images, data, and other material made available through the Service, whether provided by Jettr, you, or a third party. "AI Output" means destination recommendations, itineraries, and other content generated by Jettr's artificial intelligence systems. "Travel Providers" means airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other independent third parties that offer travel products or services referenced by the Service. "User," "you," and "your" refer to the individual using the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jettr. If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service. By using Jettr, you represent that you meet these age requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts & Security

Some features require an account, which you may create directly or through a supported third-party sign-in provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info.jettr@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

5. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, Jettr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial travel planning purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Service or its underlying technology except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

6. AI-Generated Content & Recommendations

Jettr uses artificial intelligence to generate destination recommendations and travel itineraries. AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and is inherently probabilistic. It may be incomplete, out of date, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Details such as prices, opening hours, availability, visa and entry requirements, transit options, safety conditions, and travel advisories change frequently and may be wrong in Jettr's output.

Jettr's recommendations and itineraries are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute professional travel, legal, financial, medical, immigration, or safety advice.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying all information generated by Jettr — including opening hours, addresses, pricing, availability, health and safety requirements, travel advisories, and visa and entry rules — with official sources before booking or acting on any recommendation or itinerary.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: attempting to circumvent rate limits or security controls; scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extracting data from the Service; using the Service to generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing; interfering with or disrupting the Service's infrastructure; probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system; and using automated means to access the Service except through documented, authorized interfaces. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any information you submit to Jettr, such as travel preferences, saved destinations, or profile details ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Jettr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including to generate recommendations and itineraries on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the Jettr name and branding, is owned by Jettr or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 5, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use Jettr's trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services & Travel Providers

Jettr does not provide, own, control, sell, or book flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, or any other travel product. Any bookings you make are transacted directly with independent third-party providers, who are solely responsible for those products and services under their own terms. Jettr is not a party to and is not responsible for any transaction, reservation, cancellation, refund, or dispute between you and any third-party provider.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service and all AI-generated content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jettr disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Jettr does not warrant that any recommendation or itinerary is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for your needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jettr and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any travel disruptions, missed connections, lost reservations, personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising out of or relating to your use of, or reliance on, the service or any AI-generated content. Jettr's total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Jettr in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jettr and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your interactions with any Travel Provider or other third party.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct, or created risk or legal exposure for Jettr. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6 and 9 through 18 — will continue to apply after your access ends.

15. Changes to These Terms & the Service

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice or seek renewed consent. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability to you.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

17. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You and Jettr waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and, except where prohibited by applicable law, you and Jettr may bring claims against each other only in your or its individual capacity. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jettr regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
